Due to the nature of our products, only unopened and unused perfumes in their original packaging can be returned.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition, with all seals, labels, and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return.
Products purchased as part of a promotional or raffle entry (i.e., the perfume associated with the raffle) are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide us with photos and a description of the issue.
